- “You”, “your” refers to the client or organisation using our services.
- “Services” refers to any development, hosting, automation, consulting, or related work we provide.

Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
3.
Scope of Services
All project details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in your proposal or agreement.
4.
Fees, Invoicing & Payment
- Invoices are due within 14 calendar days unless otherwise agreed.
- Hosting and maintenance are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Late Payment Fee: For each calendar day a monthly payment is overdue, a fee of 10% of the outstanding invoice amount per day will be added.
- We may pause work or restrict hosting for overdue invoices.
5.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide required content, access, and approvals promptly.
- Ensure all provided materials comply with applicable laws.
6.
Hosting & Uptime
We use reputable hosting providers but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7.
Intellectual Property
- We retain rights to our frameworks, tools, and processes.
- You receive a licence to use final deliverables upon full payment.
8.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or data‑related losses.
9.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
